1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary based on product type, order volume, or peak demand periods.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated via email.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method and location:

  • Delivery estimates are subject to courier service delays, unforeseen circumstances, or natural disasters.
  • Printfuse is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be available for select products or order values, subject to ongoing promotions.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations, oversized products, or special handling requirements.

4. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available for select countries.
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • International delivery times vary based on the destination and customs processing.
  • Printfuse is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Tracking & Order Status

  • Once an order is shipped, a tracking link will be provided via email or available in the seller dashboard.
  • Customers can track their order in real-time through the shipping carrier’s website.
  • If tracking information is not updated for more than 5 days, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures

  • Customers must ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.
  • If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
  • In case of RTO, the seller may reship the order by paying the re-shipping charges.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once shipped due to incorrect address issues.

7. Shipping Partners

  • We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, India Post, XpressBees, and more.
  • The carrier is selected based on delivery location, service availability, and order weight.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order is lost during transit, Printfuse will issue a replacement or refund after verification with the shipping carrier.
  • If a package is damaged upon arrival, the recipient must:
    • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide unboxing videos and clear images showing the shipping label and damaged product.
    • Printfuse is not responsible for damages caused due to mishandling by the customer.

9. Multiple Shipments

  • If an order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately based on availability and warehouse locations.
  • Tracking details for each shipment will be provided accordingly.
